Hi, I’m Candi Randolph. Nice to meet you. 🙂
You’re probably wondering who I am and why I am qualified to offer these home staging marketing and business development materials. I get it. I’d want to know more about me, too.
Investing in any type of online program (or any resources for that matter) is a big decision, and you want to be able to trust the source.
So…here’s my story. I’ll give you the short version.
About Me, Candi Randolph
My business experience is diverse, from 25 years in the administrative arm of banking, to owning a residential building company with my husband (he was the builder), to founding a small interior decorating company that I still own, to creating a home staging business in Florida that grew to a six-figure business, to delving into the world of online opportunities.
Although the home staging experience is certainly the most closely related to Stage With a Pro, it’s really a compilation of ALL of my background and experience that gives me the perspective, the expertise, the ability, to put together a resource that will help a new home stager, or one who wants to take their existing business to the next level, everything they need to make that happen.
When I started my home staging business it was on a shoestring budget, as my husband and I had fallen victim to the economic crash of 2008. As I mention in the product overview, it took me a long time to snag my first home staging client.
As I gained experience in the industry, I learned (usually the hard way) what worked, and what didn’t, with staging projects.
My home staging business grew quickly once I was able to get some projects under my belt and establish a reputation for getting the job done professionally and in a timely manner. My goal was always to create the most inviting home interior for the client, highlighting the home itself and not my inventory.
As I would tell the prospective client in my sales presentation, the staging inventory was the ‘jewelry that went on the outfit’, not to overshadow it but to make it look more beautiful.
Many of my projects were vacant stages because there was so much new construction and investment purchases where I lived in SW Florida. But I did my share of occupied home stages, partially furnished homes, and staging consultations that I called Walk ‘n Talks.
So I really do know what I’m talking about, my friend.
When I decided to create Stage Like a Pro, I wanted other home stagers to experience success much quicker than I did, and help them eliminate costly mistakes before they ever happen.
And that is how Stage Like a Pro was created.
So, How About You?
Whether you’re a newbie who’s just getting organized, or you’re a home staging business owner who wants to light a fire under their business, Stage Like a Pro will give you what you need to do just that!
My mistakes, my stumbles and bumbles along the way, will become your victories.
Let’s do it!
